Good to Know

A few practical points to help you decide if the house suits your stay.

  • Casa Ambrogina is a traditional country home designed around shared meals and outdoor living.

  • The living room is comfortable rather than large. The main indoor gathering space is the dining area, with a long table suited to groups. The kitchen is a traditional living kitchen. Well used and fully functional.

  • Outdoor areas play a central role in the stay, with a large garden, shaded dining areas, and a seasonal pool.

  • The house has multiple levels and steps, both indoors and outdoors. It is not suited to guests with limited mobility.

  • The property is rural. A car is required to get around easily.

  • The house sleeps up to ten guests. A cot is available on request. Infants using a cot are not included in the guest count.

  • Check in is from 3 pm. Check out is by 10 am. Early check in is offered when the house is ready.

  • Pets are welcome with prior notice. An additional cleaning fee applies.

  • The pool is open from May to September, subject to weather conditions.

  • Small celebrations for the group staying at the house work well. Larger gatherings or organised events require prior agreement.

  • Exterior cameras cover the main entrances. Interior motion sensors remain switched off during guest stays.

  • Italian law requires guest registration. A valid ID and a short term stay agreement form part of the check in process.

  • This is a lived in family home with character, not a hotel or luxury villa. Guests who value space, calm, and time together tend to enjoy it most.
